 The machine should be made in accordance with current legislation in the field of mechanical engineering and environmental and safety regulations in force in the European Union and must bear the CE marking.
The above given table should be copied, filled in properly by placing the real data and enclosed to the offer.

III. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BIDDER:

  • The bidder is entitled to participate in legal transactions.
  • The bidder has the power necessary to carry supplies as stated in
    the documentation.
  • The bidder has the necessary knowledge and experience, has economical and technical potential and has the staff capable of performing the order.
  • The bidder is in good financial and economic situation which ensure completing the contract.

 

  • The offer should:
    • contain the description and specification of the offered machine,
    • bear the company stamp,
    • contain the date of issue,
    • contain the address of headquarters, telephone number, tax identification number,
    • bear the signature of the person authorized to represent the Bidder,
    • contain the net and the gross price of the machine,
    • validity - 90 days.

 

IV. EVALUATION CRITERIA:

While selecting the winning offer the following evaluation criteria will be considered:

  • Price                                         40%
  • Technical Specifications          40%
  • Warranty                                  15%
  • Delivery time                            5%

In each criterion the assessment will be carried out to two decimal places.
Points awarded for each criterion will be added together.
The Purchaser will award the contract to the Contractor whose offer will get the highest number of points.
